How to Exercise Your Right

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
Send us a clear statement by email to elallas@svphilip.com. Using our form is optional but recommended.
The 14‑day deadline refers to sending the withdrawal notice within that period.

Return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you communicated your withdrawal.
Return cost is borne by the consumer unless we have agreed otherwise or failed to inform you of this obligation in advance.
Original packaging is not mandatory, but you must use proper, secure packaging that protects the goods from damage in transit.

We reimburse all payments received, including the standard (cheapest) delivery cost, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct such loss in value from the refund.

Custom‑made or personalised items produced to your specifications.
Perishable or short‑shelf‑life goods.
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Audio/video recordings or software on sealed media once unsealed after delivery.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal.
Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure activities provided on a specific date or period.
Urgent repair or maintenance services requested by you.
Newspapers or magazines (except subscriptions).
