General Product Description – Hand-Carved MC-Inspired Wooden Keychains

These unique, hand-crafted wooden keychains are inspired by the visual style of characters from popular online games. Each piece is an individual handmade artwork that evokes the atmosphere of original game universes through artistic interpretation, but it is not an official product.

The figures are handmade from natural wood, hand-painted, and individually signed. The materials used are environmentally friendly, and the surface is protected by water-based lacquer. Each piece functions well as a small keychain or decorative object.

The shipping time depends greatly on the destination country and whether the figure is currently in stock or made to order. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.

Right of Withdrawal (for EU Customers)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, under the following conditions:

• The intention to withdraw must be sent in writing (e.g. via email).

• The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

• The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received.

This right applies only to physical goods. For digital products (e.g. downloadable stories, coloring books, or e-books), the customer agrees to lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available immediately after payment, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made from within the European Union.
For purchases made outside the EU, the store’s own refund policy applies, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
